OMK's Chusovoy Facility Makes First Spring Delivery to Middle East

The United Metallurgical Company's Chusovoy facility, being a national leader in the manufacture of automotive components for trucks of domestic and foreign makes, has made its first shipment of Springer brand product to the United Arab Emirates.

The facility shipped 26 tons of springs and spring leaves for Volvo, Scania, Man, Mercedes, Mercedes-Benz to Petro Mechanical Incorporation, a Middle Eastern importer of truck spare parts.

By the end of the year, the plan for OMK's Chusovoy facility is to ship about 300 tons of springs to the United Arab Emirates.

OMK's Chusovoy facility regularly supplies automotive components to the assembly lines of Russia's largest of automotive manufacturers and a number of assembly facilities producing foreign automotive brands as well as to CIS countries. The product is certified by automotive market leaders, such as Volvo, Ford, Iveco, and others.

"This year, we re-certified our quality management system to the requirements of an international standard developed by automotive manufacturers from Italy, the US, France, the United Kingdom, and Germany. The use of high-tech lubrication materials and components has increased the service life of the springs made by OMK's Chusovoy facility as compared to those manufactured by little-known companies. Springer brand product is fully as good as that from the global leaders that make the original equipment and meets all the requirements of end users and customers. Representatives of Petro Mechanical Incorporation had occasion to ascertain that by reviewing our technical documentation. We offer our customers high-quality product at competitive prices which makes OMK a reliable partner," commented Managing Director of OMK's Chusovoy facility Azat Imamov.
