The facility has already shipped the frames of two steam boilers with a capacity of 603 tons of steam per hour each and screens for the hearth of one of the boilers. The facility’s specialists also supervise installation and commissioning.
Boiler equipment with a design life of 200,000 hours is delivered as pre-fabricated as possible. The boiler burner assemblies are designed to burn a mix of gases which assures low atmospheric emissions. Trial equipment fits were performed at the facility and witnessed by PAO NLMK customer and ZAO TrestSZEM general contractor representatives. The host gave high grades to the quality of the final product, the manufacturing culture, and the personnel engagement of OMK's Belgorod facility with the project.
“We make boiler equipment to recycle iron making gases using the most advanced technologies and materials. We offer technically perfect original high-efficiency and highly economical designs and we try and take into consideration all the customer’s requests as early as when we are designing the boilers”, noted OOO Belenergomash-BZEM Director of Energy Sales Daniil Nikishin.
