OMK Adds Isolator Bushings to its Springer Line of Products

The United Metallurgical Company (OMK) has expanded its Springer line of automotive parts for commercial vehicles and trailers of foreign makes with isolator bushings that are used to join together the various vehicle suspension components. OMK’s facility in Chusovoy in the Perm Territory is the official supplier of these new high-quality products.

The Springer isolator bushings are suitable for vehicles of the Volvo, Iveco, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, Renault, Scania, and Freightliner brands as well as trailer equipment using BPW, SAF, and ROR axles.

This product is designed for maximum load and has elevated resistance to wear. Engineers developed these automotive components for the realities of Russian roads and high weather risks encountered to Siberia, the Extreme North, and the Far East. These automotive components continue to remain effective and functional at temperatures of between -50 and +110°C. Even in extreme off-road conditions these isolator bushings handle vibration really well, guarantee reliable operation of all suspension assemblies, and prevent their premature wear.

“At multiple customer requests, we are rolling the Springer isolator bushings out to market. These can be purchased both complete with shock absorbers and by themselves. We will gradually expand the Springer isolator bushing line to cover all vehicle suspension components”, noted Chusovoy Facility Managing Director Vladimir Kirzner.
